TREATMENTS
After diagnosis, the first approach to treatment is the coronary opening and access to the canals to expose the nerve of the tooth, following the irrigation and cleaning of the canals where we use irrigating solutions in order to remove the nerve in its entirety, promoting tooth disinfection. Subsequently, the canals are prepared to receive the filling material, through their obturation using specific materials and techniques adapted to each case. Finally, the tooth is reconstructed using direct restoration or, ideally, the placement of a dental crown.
